The “Net-Core Managed Services & Support Plan” is Netology’s level one Service and Support Plan. Don’t let the level one title fool you. It is a robust service contract and utilizes state of the art monitoring tools and provides antivirus software and patch management, proactive automated help desk, monthly executive summary reports, guaranteed response times and discounted rates on labor.
Coverage/Response Times
Normal Hour Coverage: 8AM – 6PM Mon-Fri Excluding Holidays
Normal Hours On-Site Emergency Response Time: 4 Hours
After Hours On-Site Emergency Response Time: Next Business Day
Labor
Hourly rate: 20% off normal rates
After hours rate: 1 ½ times the discounted hourly rate
Minimum billing time period: 15 min
