Net-Enhanced™ Plan
The "Net-Enhanced Managed Services & Support Plan" is our most popular plan that provides clients with automated services and includes a monthly allotment of labor for service calls on each covered server, workstation or device. This plan utilizes state of the art monitoring tools and provides antivirus software and patch management, proactive automated help desk, monthly executive summary reports, security administration, network policy enforcement and administration, file/folder/share and user administration, guaranteed response times, includes a monthly allotment of labor for each server, workstation or device and provides additional labor (if needed) at aggressively discounted rates.

Coverage/Response Times
Normal Hour Coverage: 8AM - 6PM Mon-Fri, Excluding Holidays
Normal Hours On-Site Emergency Response Time: 2 Hours After Hours On-Site Emergency Response Time: 24 Hours

Labor
Includes 1 hour labor per month per server and ½ hr per month per workstation or device
Hourly rate after included hours: 40% off normal rates
After hours rate after included hours: 1 ½ times the discounted hourly rate
Minimum Billing Time Period: 15 minutes
