It is a robust service contract and utilizes state of the art monitoring tools and provides antivirus software and patch management, proactive automated help desk, monthly executive summary reports, guaranteed response times and discounted rates on labor.
Net-Enhanced™ Plan
The “Net-Enhanced Managed Services & Support Plan” is our most popular plan that provides clients with automated services and includes a monthly allotment of labor for service calls on each covered server, workstation or device. This plan utilizes state of the art monitoring tools and provides antivirus software and patch management, proactive automated help desk, monthly executive summary reports, security administration, network policy enforcement and administration, file/folder/share and user administration, guaranteed response times, includes a monthly allotment of labor for each server, workstation or device and provides additional labor (if needed) at aggressively discounted rates.
Net-Ultimate™ Plan
The “Ultimate Managed Services & Support Plan” is Netology’s top of the line Service and Support Plan. This plan provides clients with 24×7 coverage and a worry free fixed cost IT environment. This plan utilizes state of art monitoring tools and provides antivirus software and patch management, backup monitoring, proactive automated help desk, monthly executive summary reports, security administration, network policy and enforcement administration, file, folder, share and user administration, guaranteed response times, and labor for any service related issues on covered servers, workstations and devices is included in the monthly fee regardless of the time or date.
