Jamie D'Agostino CEO/Sr. Engineer
| After graduating from UCONN with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Jamie decided to make a drastic change at the start of his professional career. He chose to move away from mechanical engineering to work in Information Technology. |
In 1997 he started his professional career at Louis Dreyfus Corp. in Wilton,
CT and dedicated himself to learning not only about the technologies that
were prevalent to his area of responsibility, but the technology that was
relevant to the entire organization. Over the next 6 years he was promoted
several times, finally reaching Sr. Network Engineer. |
After working at Louis Dreyfus for nearly 6 years, Jamie started his own IT Services Company. He founded Netology in 2002 with a staff of two engineers and a client list of 5 companies. Since its humble beginning Netology has shown consistent growth and now has a staff of 11 and a client base of 300+ small and medium size business.

Lars Andersson Sr. Engineer/ Account Manager
| Lars is a Senior Systems Engineer/Account Manager at Netology. He brings over 20 years experience in delivering IT solutions ranging from computer networks to line of business applications. |
Lars has extensive experience with small business servers. Lars is also Netology's resident Mac expert. His expertise includes expanding Netology's clients' capabilities within the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as several other tools. | Lars is a Microsoft Small Business Server Specialist and a respected member of the SMB community. |

Brian Higgins Sr. Engineer
| Brian relocated from the mid-west to join the Netology team in December of 2008. |
Brian began his career while still in school in the spring of 1998. His first position was Network Administrator for a manufacturing company in Indiana. Two years later, he took over as the network/systems administrator for another manufacturing company, while also doing PC repair tech work at a local IT service business. |
In the fall of 2002, Brian started Accent Consulting with a partner. Over the next 4 years the company quickly grew to over 100 active clients and 5 additional people were added to handle the work load. As the Senior Network/Systems Engineer, he was ultimately responsible for all aspects of the client's infrastructure, from design and deployment, to supporting the network through years of use and changes, as well as disaster mitigation and recovery. Ralph D'Agostino Administration/ Sales Marketing
| After a successful Sales, Marketing and Consulting career, Ralph officially joined Netology in 2008. He is not new to the company, having been a consultant since Netology's inception. He heads up the Marketing and Sales efforts and also handles many of the day to day administrative operations. He brings with him a vast resume of sales and marketing successes. He has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BA from Sacred Heart University. |
Ralph is a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional. Over his 30 year career he has launched numerous new food and HBA products. He has served in management roles at large Multi-National Consumer Package Goods companies, Consumer Promotional Companies and several "Start-Up" Companies. He has also built a successful consulting career having consulted for coupon suppliers, real estate developers and technology companies. |
Zeal Bhavsar Sr. Engineer/ Operations Manager
| Zeal is the Manager of Support Operations at Netology. She has her CSSA and MCP and will be starting her Masters study within the coming year. Zeal is an exceptional troubleshooter and engineer and often interfaces with clients in solving their day to day IT problems. She is experienced in designing, implementing and supporting MS Back Office applications (Exchange, SQL, etc...). Zeal spends a significant amount of her time assisting in the ongoing training and development of the Netology staff. |

Brian Totilo Network Engineer/ Support Specialist
| Brian started his business career with Netology 6 years ago. He has a vested interest in the success of the organization and has formed working relationships with many of Netology's clients. He has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from CCSU. Brian is currently pursuing his MCSE and anticipates finishing the certification for 2009. |

Tom Cianni Network Engineer/ Support Specialist
| Tom is a Network Engineer/Support Specialist at Netology and has been with the company ever since graduating UCONN in May, 2006. He has his A+ and Net+ certifications and is currently preparing for his Dell Hardware Maintenance Training & Certification. Tom is a Network Engineer/Support Specialist and interfaces with clients both remotely and on-site. |

Sophia Charles Purchasing Manager/ Support Specialist
| Sophia has been with Netology since 2004 and holds the title of Support Specialist/Purchasing Manager. Sophia has her BS with a major in Web Technology. Sophia spends a portion of her time managing procurement for Netology clients. She attends vendor sales specific training regularly (i.e. Microsoft, SonicWALL, HP, etc...). She also keeps track of client licensing and handles day to day client problems. |

Ciro Pirone Network Engineer/ Managed Services Supervisor
| Ciro joined the Netology team in 2006 and has grown into the role of Managed Services Supervisor. He spends the majority of his time monitoring, scheduling maintenance, and delivering automated application installs to Netology's clients using Kaseya software. He has recently attended Kaseya boot-camp training and is constantly researching MS Windows security news groups. Ciro manages all of the automated services that are included under Netology's Managed Service & Support Plans and is an expert in data center installation, design and management. |
